Valve Vented Low Hot Water Cylinder

This hot water cylinder was replaced after the original cylinder leaked.

With the introduction of Chlorine to our water supplies, a lot of older copper Hot Water Cylinders are suffering the effect of pin holing, causing the inner cylinder to leak. I replaced this one with Vitreous Enamel cylinder. The valves on the cylinder provide better pressure than a header tank or Pressure Reducing Valve and I was able to reuse the old valves. Due to the location of the cylinder and a concrete slab floor I was unable to install a safe tray.
