1 month after Pegasus Water main flush.

Back in Septemebr I posted about a recent water main flush in Pegasus.

About 1 month later this is what the cartridges look like. If you scroll back on my posts you will see that the filter is a dark rusty colour, the rusty colour is Iron, which goes darker because of the manganese. The darker brown colour now is the maganese which has oxidised causing the darker appearance. The twin filter system I install removes these properties and the second cartridge removes chlorine taste.
